Apple Watch is dead

My watch has been acting odd for a few days. The screen is blank but I get notification for text and other. The screen will strobe on occasions, brighter then the flashlight function. I have powered off and restarted. I’m trying to do a hard restart and the Apple icon does not come up. The watch has a full charge according to my phone. Any thoughts?
