My keyboard does work properly with my IPad. The space key spaces out and I have to use the option key for it to work. HELP!
How can I fix my keyboard settings, so my space bar and other functions work?

Go to the Accessibility settings and turn OFF Full Keyboard Access.
(If for some reason you need that Access on, the tap on Commands and clear the functions given to Space and other keys that do not work the way you want.)
