Problems with certificate

Hello, I don’t know what is going on with my Apple Music, but I can’t listen to my playlist, because the tracks don’t boot up, that’s the problem for like 3 mounts from time to time

here the screenshot of the notification, which floating up while I am trying to choose the track

Hi,


Are you running the latest iOS/iPadOS on the affected product? 15.1.


If so, I would recommend signing out of Media & Purchases under Settings > Name > Media & Purchases > Sign Out. After signed out, sign back in.


Once you are signed back in, go to Settings > Music and enable Sync Library as well as automatic downloads.


This will result with redownloading all previous content from Apple Music, as well as reassociate your device to your Apple ID.
