My calls are being forwarded to 916-xxx-2995. I did not enter this number nor do I know to whom it belongs. My call forwarding setting is turned off yet the unauthorized forwarding number is locked into my settings. I have used the codes to deactivate, and it confirms that is has been deactivated, but the settings confirm that the number is still saved for forwarding.
what can I do?
