After going to the trouble of registering a new account, providing credit card details and billing address, I hit this roadblock...

I do not have any of the options listed. Is there any way to register with only an Android device?

Makes me wonder why their roadblock message does not list Apple Music on Android.
Fwiw, I have no interest in Apple Music on Android. It seems odd that for me to watch Apple TV it requires me to jump through the Apple Music hoop. Very strange.
