Can i register for apple tv without having any other apple advice than an apple tv console? With registration with my gmail in apple store

Yes, that is possible.

You will need an Apple ID account, with a valid email address as account name, with your personal details, and with a payment method. How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support.
