Not receiving verification codes for my iPhone 11

Hi I’ve just got my iPhone 11 and not getting any text verification codes I’ve tried the soft reset also went on to sms and was told to unblock the one that was the verification code no sign of it only the phone numbers I’ve blocked in the past I’m now stuck anyone out there help me please.
