Thanks Karina
I did attempt this but it does not work.
What did work was competing Username and Password on outgoing mail server (eventhough it says its optional) Also clicking on password under Authentication.
Then restarting the phone.
Thanks Karina

Hey dalos2769,
It sounds like you have a concern with a message that keeps appearing via Mail. We'll be happy to help out.
Have you tried restarting yet? If not, try that now: Restart your iPhone. Also try switching networks. This can rule out the issue being with the connection to the server. For example, if you're connected to cellular data, try switching off cellular data and connecting to Wi-Fi only, or vice versa. If you're not sure how to turn off cellular data to connect to Wi-Fi only, follow these steps: Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
Take a look at this resource for some help with emails on your iPhone: If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Keep us updated.
Hey dalos2769,
