I cannot send emails on my iphone

The error "The server rejected one of the recipients addresses. The message has been placed in your outbox" keeps showing up

Thanks Karina

I did attempt this but it does not work.

What did work was competing Username and Password on outgoing mail server (eventhough it says its optional) Also clicking on password under Authentication.

Then restarting the phone.

It sounds like you have a concern with a message that keeps appearing via Mail. We'll be happy to help out.


Have you tried restarting yet? If not, try that now: Restart your iPhone. Also try switching networks. This can rule out the issue being with the connection to the server. For example, if you're connected to cellular data, try switching off cellular data and connecting to Wi-Fi only, or vice versa. If you're not sure how to turn off cellular data to connect to Wi-Fi only, follow these steps: Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
