We start to deploy on our company, iPhone using Business Manager (linked with Intune).
Also, we want to use our domain for the federation, but when i want to check, I've a warning:
> 392 username conflicts already using the domain xxxxx
Do you know if we have the possibility to have a list of these username?

I was unable to get a list of the conflicts. The users will receive an email (assuming their account is still active) that they need to change the email address associated with the ID. I had a user who had left many years prior who no longer had access to our corporate email system not receive the notice and complain. I told him that email address was company property and gave him his temporary ID that Apple created. Just be aware that some of those may pop up.
