How can I copy my iTunes library from my windows computer to my android phone?

The first thing to know is that iTunes will not help you sync songs to an Android.
If the songs in your iTunes library are in a format that is compatible with the Android, such as MP3 or AAC, then find the folders/files in Explorer add them to the phone by the procedure prescribed for Android. See for example:
