How do I most easily transfer my iTunes library to my Samsung Android smartphone

That would depend on how music is normally transferred to the Android smartphone.
If it shows up as a Mass Storage device (usb drive), you may need to set it to mass storage mode as per its on user guide, you can just drag and drop the music files from the iTunes Media folder over onto the device in Finder.

The option should appear when you plug it into the Mac. It may only be available then.
Right answer, but I cannot find the file transfer or MFP modes on my Samsung A7 Android 8. No mention in the User Guide.
