How come the HP driver support is not downloading with updated OS Monterey? I need version 12.0 or lower to download?

I have a fairly old HP printer, HP Deskjet F4480 that was recently given to me and I've updated my M1 mac mini to Monterey. I've tried to download the driver via Apple support and no updated driver is available on HP website and I can't download because I need version 12.0 or lower. My printer is stuck in idle and I would like to get it to work. I've checked youtube but they were on Big Sur so they were able to download the driver. Any help would be much appreciated.
