Account Always Locked
Literally every time I try to rent or buy a movie on Apple TV, it says my account is locked. I go through the process of unlocking it. Then I have to verify my payment information, that hasn't changed in nearly 10 years. Why? It happens every time, and requires me to enter my long password at least 5 times in total between buying the movie, unlocking my account, verifying my payment, etc. It is so frustrating and I've asked other people if they have this issue and nobody has.
