iCloud Private Relay and Encrypted DNS not working on Network

Hi! So, I've been using iCloud Private Relay for about a few months now (I'm a beta tester) and I've also been using Cloudflare's Encrypted DNS (1.1.1.2) and recently my devices (iPhone and MacBook Pro) have been saying that both are not supported. I've been using 1.1.1.2 for about a few years and only recently has it been blocked. Likewise, iCloud Private Relay has been working when it first came out and only now is it being blocked. I thought maybe these both were glitches until I noticed that it has been a problem for a while and I suspect that Xfinity/Network might be deliberately blocking them for some reason, Private Relay has worked flawlessly for the most part when I use cellular data (Verizon). So I definitely know it's the network for sure. As for my router, it's an Arris SVG2482AC. Any ideas or solutions to fix this? Thank You!!!
