I cant sign in to Apple iD on new iphone.

HELP - Everything seems to have moved across from my iphone 7 PLUS to my new iphone 11 ie Photos, Apps, messages etc but in the settings, it says 'Update Apple ID Settings' but when I click continue,

NOTHING HAPPENS.........PLEASE HELP! It won't let me sign in. I don't know what to do. What am I doing wrong? I have not yet deleted the data from my old phone. Thank you.

Did you try restarting the iPhone?

Its says the above AFTER I've put my password in, but then wont let me click on continue ............ but everything seems to be on my new phone. Am I safe signing everything off my OLD iphone 7 PLUS?
