Need to restore my iPhone 12 from another country

I was completing the latest Software update and had to stop the update. Now I see the "support.apple.com/iphone/restore screen. NEED this fixed immediately, as I fly out and need the Phone for the items to be scanned to get back into the USA.

Please help

Return Hello Dear, I got an IPhone in USA as I was traveling over there and I asked the attendant if I could to return it in Europe in case I decided not staying with it, she said yes and when I tried to return it in Europe it wasn’t possible, and now the store in Utah where I got the phone stopped to answer me.
