the ecg app will not load; i tried to add from apple store on the watch, and I can see the 'open' button, but it does not open; does not show up as an app in the app view on the iwatch; can't load from iphone, tells me I have to load on iwatch.. it is not happening
Where do you live? Does your country approve of the watch using the ECG function?

Live in the US. The app WAS on my iwatch, and I used it, but it seemed to disappear some months ago. I cannot get it back. I see the App in the App store, but cannot open it. When I hit 'open", nothing happens.
When I go to Heart, I see no action buttons. Nothing to do. It is a dead screen with information only on heart health.
Then I suggest that you take the watch and the phone to an Apple Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Repair Center.
I cant get ECG app for the iwatch to load.
