Japanese keyboard backing up to icloud

I noticed this Japanese keyboard getting backed up to my iCloud but couldn’t find it anywhere in apps or settings until today I noticed it instantly popped up in my url when changing passwords to most all my sites. I’ve been having nothing but trouble out of my iCloud , cloud drive and most of my apps, especially preinstalled apps. Like messages, pictures being photoshopped, dates being changed in iCloud photos and drive and most definitely GPS has never been fixed. iPhone 11 Pro Max with current iOS. Anyone know of this or am I “paranoid ?”
