What to do when package never arrives (out for delivery)?

ordered AirPods. Tracking info is strange, as after it went out for delivery, it then says it cleared customs...now there's no more info, and no way to find more info?

airpod send in for repair package never shipped i scheduled a call for apple for my airpods 2 months ago but never revived a box to ship my airpods in and they still have a hold on my card when i try to see the status it says no status available so I cant see if apple shipped it what should I do

The only thing that you can do is to contact the shipping company UPS with the tracking number.
