Deleted emails

I somehow deleted all my emails that were saved in files on my MAC pro; is there a way to retrieve them?

Only if they were backed up somewhere. If you haven't emptied the Trash, they will still be in there.

I inadvertently deleted all archived and trash emails from Mail on my iMac. Is there any way to restore them? Claiming ignorance, I deleted all archived emails and trashed emails on Mail(Gmail) on my iMac. So all thousands of those emails and their folders are gone. I still see them on my iPhone Mail, and when I log into my Gmail account on Google, they are all still there. Not sure what I have done nor what I might possibly do to restore those emails. Deleted Emails not in Trash I deleted ALL the emails and I want them back but they are NOT in my Bin/Trash. I have an iMac latest version. I use Virgin Media as my ISP and don’t use Mail for my emails. Please help me to get them all back (if it is possible). My email address is:- *******@ntlworld.com. Can I retrieve deleted emails I've deleted from my bin & trash folder on my Apple Mac? Hi there, I've accidentally deleted "All" my emails from my trash folder on my Apple Mac. I signed into my iCloud account online, & they've been deleted there also, . . . .'Arghhh'. However, I do have an AirPort Time Capsule, Time Machine, . . . . .so is it possible to retrieve my deleted emails utilising this at all? If so, how do I do this please, (step by step, as I'm no computer whizz 🙄) Many Thanks🤞 Chucklede
