I deleted ALL the emails and I want them back but they are NOT in my Bin/Trash. I have an iMac latest version.
I use Virgin Media as my ISP and don’t use Mail for my emails.
Please help me to get them all back (if it is possible).

You said you don't use Apple Mail, so am I correct in assuming you're using your ISP's webmail portal?
If that's the case, you'll have to contact your ISP for assistance, as the emails would be on their servers, and not on your Mac.

That is correct I use my Apple Safari ISP for all my emails, to send and receive messages.
I need to know if the full list of emails can be found and restored?
