My screen is broken and I can't unlock my iphone.

I have an old one I can transfer it to but I can't unlock my iphone with the broken screen as the screen is totally not working. I've plugged it into my computer but it won't recognize it until it's unlocked. aaaaah help please!!

Sorry missed the last little bit, my iCloud backups I've not been using for a while now since it's been full.

There is no way to help you. Without a functional screen you cannot respond to screen prompts and thus cannot transfer data or execute a manual iCloud or iTunes backup. Doing anything with an iPhone requires a functional display so you can unlock it and provide touch inputs to prompts.


All you can do is get Apple or an authorized service provider to repair that display, and hope they can do so without loss of data (they often can do so, but cannot guarantee no data loss).
