Hello All, I wanted to change Apple ID Region . But it is not possible because a small balance is there in my apple Id which I cannot spend. Could you pleas support me how to make it to zero and change the region.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
