I have an ipad that my daughter had when she was young and now I want to factory reset it so that my father can use. My daughter was young and has not used in years.. and her Apple Id has changed since.? Every combination user name and pw does not work?
we checked her ID now and mine to make sure either of us have the device under our accounts, we don't
Is there away for override this?
