Email’ sent…disappear. Never to sent and can’t be found???

1. Do you see these emails if you check the email provider's website?
2. Do you have this issue on any other devices?
3. Have you tried anything to resolve this, like restart your iPad?
4. Is this only happening with a specific email account?
