my iphone 7 stop connecting to att cellular after installing 13 What can I do to get my iphone 7 to connect to ATT cellular. Tried all normal procedures, went to ATT store, they blamed Apple and at Apple store they blamed ATT. What can I do now? I've restarted many times, sometime phone connects for a few minutes the loses service. I can make wifi calls via Whats App.

You would need to take the phone in to AT&T and purchase a service agreement (SIM card) for the phone. Once that is done you should be able to use the SIM card with the phone.
