Apple Watch keyboard
I have an Apple Watch 7 and I don’t like the qwerty keyboard when replying to messages, is there a way, or a setting so I can go back to using the scribble like on the Apple Watch 5 I had before.

Scribble didn't disappear on Apple Watch 7. When the Querty keyboard shows up, from the inverted v in the center of the bottom of the keyboard, swipe up and choose scribble.
