If you are getting cases that are too bing or too small, then you are looking at cases for other models.
It should not be hard to specify a case for the 2020 iPhone SE 2. There's only one mode and size of the SE 2nd Generation.

So just searching for a case that fits an SE 2 should be all that it takes. You don’t need to worry about specific measurements. Also, if the case states its for the 4.7” screen size, that is a different measurement to the height and width of it. The iPhone SE 2 has a 4.7” screen. But yes it has a different height and width.
Just searching for “iPhone SE 2020 case” should be all that it takes to get one that fits.
I was hoping you would give us the specific model as shown in Settings->General->About->Model. Not the model name or whatever the name is in Settings->General->About->Name.
The Model number should start with the letter A, and the longer part number will start with the letter M.
For an SE 2 the A model number should be A2275 or A2269.
Of the following which one does it look like:
