I need to speak to a live agent having problems with Messenger
I cannot erase messages that were sent in Messenger also when liking a post on Facebook it only gives the thumbs up

No one at Apple can help you with a Facebook Messenger or Facebook problem.
BTW, you can speak to a live Apple agent by clicking the Get Support link at the top of this page; they will tell you the same thing we have told you; Apple can’t fix a Facebook product problem.
