iPhone 7 Plus stuck on white screen

I’ve recently replaced the screen on a iPhone 7 Plus and now it won’t get passed the white screen with the apple logo. I’ve already tried updating/restoring it but after the restore is complete it still doesn’t get pass the white screen. What else could be the problem and what else should I try?
