locked apple id that i cant log into because it’s locked & can’t recover because i have no access to the recovery email set onto the account.

i’m trying to update my apps on the appstore but i cant, everytime it says my apple ID is locked. so i go to unlock my apple ID, just for it to tell me i cant log into my apple ID to fix the issue because it’s locked. then, i try to reset the email so i can get into it.. yet the recovery email set onto this apple ID has been hacked & i no longer have access into it. also, rhe security questions don’t work either because the apple ID i’m trying to get into, was made in like 2014 or 2013 maybe? by my uncle who got me a phone for christmas, and set it up. i have no clue what birthday he set on the account. please help, i want instagrams latest update.

I see you have a disabled Apple account but have not provided any indication why it is disabled. Apple has clearly indicated in similar topics* that in your situation the recommended solution is for you to contact them as provided in this support document --> https://support.apple.com/HT208856


More direct solutions may be available as provided in the support document at this link --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106 but as indicated in the * topics, in your situation Apple prefers you do as instructed in the first support document to which I provided a link, not this second one.
