Network problems

My phone has sim card problem which sometimes does not make calls and the network display pay point 1 comes and sometimes there is no sound at the time of call

Plz solve to my problems

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Cellular.

Troubleshooting Phonecall Volume:

Volume Output: If you Can't Hear a Person on a Call or Voicemail or if the Sound isn't Clear on your iPhone - Apple Support
Volume Input: if your Microphone isn’t Working or People Can’t Hear you While you’re on a Call -Apple Support
If Neither is of Success: Contact Apple Support
