Ios 15.0.2 data service is not working ?!

Ios 15.0.2 data service is not working ?! There’s a new update 15.1 but I’m scared to update and make it worse, my service provider is fine , no outages . How do I fix ? I took out my SIM card , reset my phone and settings already

Until you get your cellular sorted it may not update anyway. It isn't an iOS problem.
