hi i was trying to open my safari when my phone froze and there was black screen (though there is still the time and battery shown). i tried exiting out of the app but nothing. when i want to turn it off just normally i can but to turn it off completely or force restart it, I can't do it at all. I tried multiple times but either nothing happens or there is this sudden siren beep sound from my phone. what do i do?

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
