Did you update drivers?
Are you using the latest drivers?
Try Resetting the Print system and reinstalling driver/resetup the printer
Is the Epson ET-5850? If so, are you using AirPrint or the vendor drivers? Does using the one you're not using behave differently?
You have to contact Epson support. They'll walk you through it.
HELP!!! On an Epson ET-16650 Series, I'm having the same issue with this new MacBook Pro...the backside page is printing upside down regardless of what app I use. Ex: Pages, Word, PDF, etc. I'm not experiencing that printing issue on any other computer such as: my old MacBook Pro (which I still use) or on two Dell desktops and a Dell laptop. All four of them are printing fine.
Also, I have tried messing around with the binding in the layout from long-edge to short-edge and it made no difference. Neither did the layout direction, of course, because it's only printing the one page on each side. I tried turning and off the collation just in case something flukey would help, but to no avail.
I also followed advise given regarding going the system preferences > printers & scanners, selecting the appropriate printer > options and supplies to check the generic box but there was no "generic" box option.
