I-pad pro

In the last few days there is a kind of keybord shortcut (like a >) on my i-pad pro 12,9 inch 5th generation on the left side of my screen, which goes to the most recent tab of my standard webbrowser. How do I get rit of this?

You need to explore multitasking - as you have a slide-out view of an App enabled. Key to accessing and controlling multi-tasking is the small “three-dot” button that is found at the top-centre edge of the screen.
