ITunes won't let me buy any songs

Every time I try to buy a song from iTunes it says buy I say yes and then it says billing info I click on that and it just freezes it won't let me buy I already upgraded my Apple ID I changed the password I've reset my billing with the proper debit card is still won't let me buy I even rebooted my computer I'm totally lost

unable to make purchases with iTunes Hello, I am running iTunes 12.10.11.2 on my windows 7 desktop PC. Computer is fine with no issues. I can log into my account, view/update my account info, and do everything else other than making purchases. The last purchase I made was on Sept 14, 2020. Since then, I cannot make a single purchase, even with my credit card info updated. Can someone please help me resolve my problem so I can continue to make purchases on my iTunes?
