I didn’t receive a kit to send my iPhone back for the 13 I just got. We ordered a 13 pro max and got the box for that one. Si I will need another one please

They usually ship the trade-in box about the same time as the new device but it may ship by a slower shipping method. It should arrive within a few days of the new device.
