What if the app is still in settings? What should I do?
I messed up on a game and deleted it from the Home Screen, but not permanently. It’s still there. What should I do?

If you are using Screen Time, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.
Then go back and try deleting the app again.
