Apple TV+ and iCloud Storage.

I pay $4.99/month for Apple TV+. I thought it included unlimited iCloud storage. Once I signed up, they stopped charging me 99 cents/month. Now I was just told my 5GB is full and I need to pay 99cents/mo. I'm going around in a circle and don't want to loose any of my pictures.

iCloud Subscription I'm planning on starting the Subscription for the iCloud (Upgrade iCloud Storage) that costs 49 Pesos ($1.02) But I don't know how it works, when will the paying starts and when will I pay for the next months. I'd also like to know, if I were to cancel or downgrade the subscription, will it delete the photos/videos and I won't be able to access them, or it would just stay there and I'd get the storage I paid for (i.e. $1.02=50 GB/month, e.g. I paid for 3 months-- will i get that 150 GB for my iCloud?

how do I use my storage subscription I have been paying for 2T of storage. I my devices, MAC and Iphone are full nothing is going in too my 2T subscription. Please help me figure this out! Thank you.

Apple TV+ does not include any iCloud storage. iCloud+ plans are separate.
