Loose charging connection at the pad
I own an IPad Pro. The portal for the charging cord tip is not tight enough to hold the tip in place, The pad charges but any movement will break the contact. How can this be resolved?

Hey Deaconcarol,
We see you're unable to properly charge your iPad Pro due to a loose connection between the iPad and the charging cable.
Assuming your iPad Pro model uses USB-C to charge, if you have a USB-C to USB-C cable (both ends are the same), flip the cable around and test if the other end stays in your iPads port properly. If it does, you would need a replacement USB-C cable.
If it does not, there may be an issue with the port on the iPad Pro itself. In either case, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support for assistance from here, either to confirm if you're eligible for a replacement cable under warranty or if the iPad needs servicing.
Take care.
