My Photoshop 13 won't work with my new MacBook Pro. What is the best version of Photoshop to use, I've read that the newest version is not great and I really don't want it on a subscription, I'd like to purchase it.
Photoshop 13? That's CS6 ... long gone!

What's the Year and Model of your Mac? To find out...
Then, research the one that is compatible. 2022 is the most recent version of Photoshop. So, use that version for Monterey.
Yeah…I know, old version but it’s what I’ve got and worked so far but not on the new laptop. I didn’t see the newest version 23.
I did find 2022 to buy pretty cheap but I’ll check out The Gimp.
