How to delete app

I can’t seem to totally delete different apps. Does every app require an different way or is it just me?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
