Request a refund

My brother made a purchase without permission and on the same day I applied for a refund. A day later I was answered (photo below) “Request a refund (1 item)

Your original payment method has been refunded for this purchase”. It says that the money was returned to the account, but there is no money. The money was not returned, although it was returned. What to do? Will they be returned? Will they be returned within 30 days or what? Please tell me how to get the money back and will they come back? The amount is large and I know that the refund is within 30 days, but it says that it has already been returned, but there was no refund.
