Apple Watch stuck on Apple logo

I have reset to erase all data on my Apple watch, but the charger is not plugged in. As soon as I pressed it, the device went off and the Apple logo appeared, stuck like this from night until morning. I've tried all the methods available on the internet. Either unpair Apple Watch, Hard Reset, press General > Language & Region, change Region to United States (any country other than Thailand) and Calendar to Gregorian, then press Hard Reset by pressing and holding both buttons. Until the Apple Watch restarts, but it still doesn't work. Still stuck on the apple logo like this.
