Apple Watch Digital Crown
My Apple Watch is not working properly, when I open the menu or any application its scrolling up and down! The Digital Crown is stuck midway! Any solution? I do not have warranty.

Sounds like a hardware issue and one we can't help you with. You need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show them the watch. They'll tell you the options available to you.
