We see you're getting an alert about your camera, and also having issues using one of the lenses, and we'd like to help.

Just to clarify, are you getting the alert seen at the bottom screenshot here: About Genuine iPhone cameras

If so, has the device ever been repaired or replaced? Also, was it purchased as new or secondhand?

As the page above helps to go over, this can show up when the camera module was replaced but without using genuine camera parts.

The notification itself may not affect the camera's abilities, however as you're experiencing issues with it, then it may be best to get it inspected.
