"osascript wants to make changes" keeps appearing like the pic; it is annoying. how can I stop it?

The osascript tool, provided by Apple in the operating system, runs either AppleScripts, or JavaScripts and can be present in Automator applications, Terminal scripts, or even called from a compiled application. What did you run prior to this dialog appearing? I do not recognize that custom icon on that panel though, and I am on a touch ID capable MacBook Pro.
Thank you guys for your help! I found out that it's all because of my VPN. For me it is significant, but my Mac seems to regard it as malware. When I had closed my VPN, it did not pop up anymore. But how do I let Mac trust the software?

Commercial VPNs should only be used if Mandated by Corporate Head Office for working remotely. Otherwise - ones Privacy and Security touted by the VPN is suspect.
