Apple News crashes all the time on iPad Pro since os15

The screen just goes black, then I’m on the Home Screen.

Just reading a story, after a few minutes, crash. Can happen in any publication at any moment.

Whether I reopen news, force quit news, restart the iPad or hard restart, when I open news again - I can’t find the story I was reading. The feed is different and in a different order. And then it crashes again soon after.

Sometimes it remembers a story I was reading from the last time I used it before the crash. But the story I was reading when it crashed is gone, and nowhere to be found.

it may happen more often with stories that come from “related stories” links, or it may just be that I read more of those.

In addition to all the steps I’d previously taken, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as that was the only suggestion from the help page I hadn’t tried.

The news still crashes randomly while I’m reading articles.

It still takes a ridiculous amount of time to load (either one story or the whole feed) - and I just got “ultra” internet at 2x the speed of my previous high speed connection. Other apps do not have that slow loading problem.

it still reopens to a story I was reading several stories before the crash

and it still mixes up my feed and makes it impossible to find the item I was reading when it crashed
