I would like to store my children’s vaccination cards in Apple wallet but since they are twins and had the vaccines at the same time, Wallet thinks it’s a duplicate record and will only store one. Is there a fix for this?

Are you using a QR code to add it? I've seen a few posts regarding twins. The issue has always been an incorrect QR code as the code should contain the full legal name embedded within. I don't know what you see when you scan but I'd check the info contained as best as possible.
Short of that, I'd just add the cards as pictures on your device.

Same bug for me. Scanning QR code manually did not resolve it.
I’ve had the same issue even though the names and birthdays are different for my kids. Hope apple addresses this!
